About Us
After living in a small town and graduating from KSU I moved to Columbus. I worked as an Optician for 32 years and recently made some career changes due to the needs of people in my family and realized LIFE IS TOO SHORT. I want for myself and others to start doing what makes us smile, laugh, or challenge ourselves.
This may sound strange, but I really love to clean (detail clean).

PETS
I do love to meet new people and spend time with friends and family. No offense to anyone but coming home to smiles on my pups faces is priceless. They are truly my best therapy.
COOKING
It may have taken years to become a descent cook but I am pretty good. I love the art of creating something delicious and healthy. My specialties are yummy soups and one of my dads favorites Linguine with White Clam Sauce. But don't get me wrong about the healthy part. If I am baking cinnamon rolls , they do not taste healthy. Why make something if it does not taste good.
Gardening
As with cooking it has been trial and error over the years. My parents were pretty good gardeners. Having fresh veggies all summer was wonderful. I enjoy the design part of the flower beds. It's really relaxing to watch the flowers grow and your design take shape.
Activities
I have to admit I am not the best athlete and a bit of a Clutz. I have always been active but not really in any sports. About 20 years ago I joined a gym, started to go to cycle classes, tried boxing, hot yoga, lifting and other workouts. It has become an essential in my life. It has helped me relax, become more structured and goal oriented. Also, a happier person.
